All payments made for services are final and non-refundable by default. Due to the digital nature of our products, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a service has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Killua Services. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please open a support ticket with your order ID and a detailed explanation.
By purchasing from Killua Services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with your payment provider. Doing so may result in a permanent ban from our services.
If your order was not delivered due to a fault on our end, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue by re-delivering the service or issuing a credit.
